Have you ever measured a job-site and returned to your office only to ask yourself "did I measure this to the rough framing or did I already allow for the sheetrock? Or I can't remember the thickness of the flooring material that the builder said was going down. Did I allow for that on my floor to ceiling measurement?

After many multiple trips to job-sites, I realized "This has got to stop!" so I developed some techniques and checklists etc. to insure that I made the most out of every job-site visit and quit wasting valuable time that I could be using to sell the next job.
